Surrounded by vineyards, Sweet Périgord is a true haven of peace and greenery. You can admire the magnificent sunsets and sip wine from our neighboring winegrowers, fully appreciating the moment!
Comfort and modernity
This is a 150 m² single-story house for two people. You will have a beautiful 70 m² living room with a smart TV, high-speed internet, a fireplace, a 40 m² kitchen opening onto the dining room, and a 25 m² master suite with a bathroom, dressing room, and toilet. You will have access to a utility room equipped with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
To ensure you enjoy a good night's sleep, we have opted for a 160x200 bed and luxury hotel bedding.
From the dining room, you can access a beautiful terrace covered with wisteria. After your various activities during the day (hiking, cultural visits, etc.), you will be delighted to enjoy a 9m x 4m swimming pool with a depth of 150 cm.

EQUIPMENT
You will enjoy every comfort: Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave. Living room : flat-screen TV, Netflix, fireplace. Fiber optic internet access. Bathroom : walk-in shower, hairdryer. Walk-in closet in the bedroom. Bathrobes and linens : bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels. These items are replaced weekly. Utility room: washing machine.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Terrace: Outdoor furniture, Weber gas grill. Pool area: 9m x 4m pool, sun loungers and parasols. On the 2-hectare property where Sweet Perigord is located, there are two other cottages with separate entrances and dedicated spaces. The pool is shared with the 4 people occupying the other two cottages. To ensure you can enjoy your stay in peace, the house is thoroughly cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay. If your stay exceeds one week, an additional cleaning is guaranteed. The pool is cleaned four times a week.
